“Hotel's address in Hotels.com is WRONG!!! NO A/C in the rooms!!! We found woman's hair on the linens. The guy at the reception is nice but solves none of your problems so don't expect too much. Restaurant is expensive and staff is rude. Breakfast is very good and food at restaurant as well only thanks to the very nice guy in the kitchen and his wife we presume (only bright aspect of the hotel).”

“Ausblick Spitzenklasse. Sehr kurzer Weg bis zum Kloster. Frühstück ab 8:30 Uhr a la Card. Da wir nicht die einzigen Gäste waren, dauerte es etwas länger. Da wir noch einer Karte bestellen mussten, ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass in der Buchungsbestätigung von Expedia auch regelmäßig, die Bestätigung für das gebuchte Frühstück fehlt. Also besser beim Buchen noch einen Screenshot machen.”
